Lane's End Farm is situated on 100 acres of rolling land,
open fields and woodland near Bobcaygeon, Ontario. Lane's
End Stables is owned and operated by Susan Laverty and her
husband David Fletcher. Susan is a life long rider and horse
owner, and an Equine Canada certified english Level One
coach. David, an active participant in the day to day
operations of the farm, enjoys horses from the "other
side of the fence."
The farm boasts four levels of cross country jumping
courses, from Entry to Preliminary level, two outdoor sand
rings and a grass footing jumper field. The facility
includes a 60 by 120 indoor riding arena, with heated
viewing lounge for the comfort of the non-riding
spectator.
Lane's End proudly hosts an annual horse trial which
draws competitors from Ontario and Quebec, plus dressage
shows and other area competitions and clinics. The stable
also offers boarding, training and a busy riding school.
